If after troubleshooting your Mac computer issue, we determine that a hardware repair is required, our Mac Help specialists will direct you to a third party service who can help to repair your Apple computer.

What happens if I´m disconnected while speaking to one of your Mac Help support specialists?
A:
An attempt to call you back immediately by the Mac Help specialist you were speaking with will be made. If the reconnection attempt is unsuccessful and you have voicemail, a message will be left. Any remaining unused minutes of your Mac Help Phone Support Time will be available when you call back, provided that it is within one (1) week of the disconnection.

Can you reconnect me with the same Mac Help support specialist I spoke with during my previous call?
A:
An attempt to call you back immediately by the Mac Help specialist you were speaking with will be made. If the reconnection attempt is unsuccessful and you have voicemail, a message will be left.
