Why did we choose the name 'AuralSolve'? We selected this name since 'Aural' refers to listening to your explanation about the issue with your Apple Macintosh computer and 'Solve' refers to providing a solution by troubleshooting your Apple Macintosh
computer.
Having previously worked in an outsourced over-the-phone computer Mac tech support call center that provided assistance with troubleshooting Apple computers, we've experienced first-hand how over-the-phone customer service needs to be drastically improved for both the customers receiving the support and the dedicated employees providing it. These employees, in many cases, are paid close to minimum wage and are underappreciated by their own company. In addition, the company makes the employees follow certain policies and procedures, and then subsequently blames them for doing so by freezing their wages, depriving them of monetary incentives and by constantly reminding them that their jobs may be terminated at a moment's notice, even if the employee is an exemplary and knowledgeable person. We felt that this practice was completely unjustified and that's why at AuralSolve Inc., we believe it's time for a refreshing change.
